Cap. 16 Art. 1593Concurrent exercise of such right by two or more co- possessors.
Sub-title I
In the event of concurrent claims by two or more persons having such right, it shall be lawful for any of them to demand that the thing be let, upon an auction, to the highest bidder, and that strangers be not admitted to bid.
