Cap. 16 Art. 1654Stipulation whereby partnership is to , last for ever is null.

(1) Any stipulation whereby a partnership is to last for ever or during the whole life of any one of the partners, is void.

(2) A contract of partnership containing any such stipulation shall be deemed to have been entered into for an undefined time.
