Cap. 161 Art. 14Registration of transfers of stock.

No person shall be registered as the transferee of any registered stock for the purposes of this Ordinance unless -

(a) in the case of a transfer under article 13(1) he has surrendered to the Accountant General the stock certificate relating to the stock of the deceased stockholder and paid the prescribed fee.
