Any disciplinary proceedings taken against a member of the Force shall be without prejudice to any proceedings which may be taken against him under the provisions of the Criminal Code or any other law, and any proceedings taken under the Criminal Code or any other law shall be without prejudice to any disciplinary proceedings for the same fact.
