Cap. 164 Art. 74Retrieval of property.

Any person from whose possession any item of property has been seized by the Police in the course of an investigation or otherwise having an interest in the same property, may by application request a Magistrate to release in his favour the property so seized. The Magistrate shall decide on the request after having heard the reply of the Police.
