Cap. 164 Art. 88Information in the interest of public safety and security.

Notwithstanding the provisions of article 87, the Police may, in the interests of public safety and security, issue warnings about any person who is at large indicating enough details for the identification of such a person and about his mode of behaviour or system of conduct.
