Cap. 168 Art. 22Right of creditors of a partner to oppose enlargement of duration of a partnership.

Where the duration of a partnership is enlarged beyond the periods contemplated in the deed of partnership, the separate creditor of a partner may object to such enlargement by writ of summons filed within three months from the date of the publication of the statement referred to in article 192(1)(d) relating to the instrument effecting such enlargement and, upon good cause being shown, the court shall direct the partnership to liquidate such partner’s interest in the partnership within three months of the judgment.
