Cap. 168 Art. 45Liquidator not to distribute assets before paying debts.

(1) The liquidator shall not distribute any assets of the partnership among the partners unless either the debts and liabilities of the partnership have been paid or sufficient funds have when it falls due, and, if necessary, the sums required for the payment of the aforesaid liabilities in the proportion in which the liabilities of the partnership are to be borne by the partners.
