Cap. 171 Art. 16Pension schemes, etc.

(1) The Minister may prescribe a scheme or schemes for the payment of superannuation allowances, pensions or gratuities or any other form of benefit to port workers and to persons who have served as port workers.

(2) For the purpose of such payment, there shall be established a fund to be known as the Pension and Contingency Fund.
