Cap. 234 Art. 372BEnforcement of fines.  

The Registrar-General shall serve a demand note upon the person upon whom a fine is imposed and if payment is not made within seven days from the date of the service of such demand note, the Registrar-General may proceed to enforce payment after two days from the service on the debtor of an intimation for payment made by means of a judicial act.
