Cap. 234 Art. 65Mode of making declarations.

(1) Declarations required by Part II and Part IIA of this

Act shall be made before a registrar or a commissioner for oaths or a Maltese consular officer. 

(2) Declarations required by Part II and Part IIA of this Act may be made on behalf of a body corporate by the secretary or by a duly authorised representative:
