Cap. 248 Art. 24Proof that the writing is a copy not to constitute a valid defence.

It shall be no defence for any of the persons mentioned in the last preceding article to prove that the writing is a copy, or an extract, or abridgement, or a translation of another writing which has been otherwise printed and published.
