Cap. 249 Art. 15Amendment or repeal of Act in same session.

Any Act of Parliament may be altered, amended or repealed in the same session of Parliament; and the provisions of this article shall apply to anything done in respect of any enactment before the commencement of this Act as they apply to anything done in respect of an Act of Parliament after such commencement.
