Cap. 287 Art. 11Provisions applicabletocourts of criminal justice.

(1) The provisions of article 7 shall mutatis mutandis apply to any court of criminal justice where the person or one of the persons charged or indicted, or where the appellant or the respondent or one of the appellants or one of the respondents, is a child or young person.

(2) The provisions of article 8 shall mutatis mutandis apply to proceedings before any court of criminal justice.
