(1) The provisions of the Customs Code contained in the

Fourth Schedule to this Act shall apply with regard to the matters contained therein notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act or in any other law.

(2) The Minister may by regulations make provisions to implement the provisions of the Customs Code contained in the Fourth Schedule. *
