Cap. 343 Art. 18Personnel of the Corporation.

(1) Subject to the provisions of the Constitution of Malta and of any other enactment applicable thereto, including this Act, the Corporation, acting with the concurrence of the Minister, may appoint such officials and other employees on such terms and conditions of employment as the Corporation may, from time to time, determine.

(2) Public officers seconded for duty with the Corporation shall be under the administrative authority and control of the Corporation, but shall for all other intents and purposes remain and be considered and treated as public officers.
