Cap. 363 Art. 90Notice of valid nominations

Within three days after the last day fixed for the receipt of nominations, the Commission shall decide on the validity of the nominations, and shall publish in the authorised form, the names and description of the persons validly nominated, and the locality the seat whereof is to be filled.
