Cap. 364 Art. 41BConversion of a commercial partnership.
TITLE II
The succession to all assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of the commercial partnership that has been converted, by the commercial partnership resulting from the conversion referred to in article 335(1) of the Companies Act, shall not give rise to any liability to the payment of any duty under this Act.
