Cap. 364 Art. 46Liability of brokers, agents, etc., executing purchases, etc., of marketable securities either in Malta or abroad.

Any broker, agent or other person who as an intermediary transfers any marketable security to which article 42 refers, shall draw up the document evidencing such transfer if the transfer is effected in Malta or if the transfer is effected outside Malta, give notice of such transfer to the person on whose behalf he has acted within two days from the transfer.
