Cap. 37 Art. 81AMinister may prescribe forms.

(1) The Minister responsible for customs may make regulations to prescribe the forms to be used in accordance with and for the purposes of any provisions of this Ordinance and of any regulations made thereunder and, from time to time, to amend, substitute, revoke and add to any such forms.

(2) The revocation or alteration of any forms as provided in sub-article (1) shall not affect any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred before such revocation or alteration.
