In ensuring and monitoring effective compliance with the provisions of this Act and any regulations and, or Rules issued thereunder transposing the Payment Services Directive, the competent authority shall collaborate closely with the Central Bank and with the Arbiter as may be required, in order to ensure that every authority may discharge its respective duties effectively.
