In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires -

"adjudicator" means an Arbiter of the Tribunal appointed in accordance with article 4; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for justice;

"Registrar" means the Registrar of Courts appointed under the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure;

"Tribunal" means the Small Claims Tribunal established under article 3.
