Cap. 382 Art. 37Saving of other laws.

The possession of any licence issued by the Police or other authority to any authorised tax warehouse keeper or other person in his employment or acting under his instructions for any purpose other than those specified in this Act, shall in no way exonerate such authorised tax warehouse keeper or other person from any obligation or any liability under this Act or any regulation made thereunder for any offence against the provisions of this Act or of any regulation made thereunder.
