Cap. 399 Art. 8Special obligations of providers of publicly available electronic communications services.

An undertaking authorised by or under this Act to provide a publicly available electronic communications service shall -

(a) provide such services efficiently, complying with the standards for quality generally accepted in the industry or as may from time to time be specified by the

Authority;

(b) notify the Authority and publish by notice in the media when the services are to be interrupted for the installation or repair or the changing of apparatus;

(c) establish an efficient mechanism for receiving complaints and repairing failures in its networks and in the services provided.
