Cap. 416 Art. 94Rights and remedies of licensee or authorised user.

(1) Article 28 of this Act shall apply to licences granted before the commencement of this Act, but only in relation to infringements committed after its commencement.

(2) Paragraph 12 of the Second Schedule of this Act shall apply only in relation to infringements committed after the commencement of this Act.
