Cap. 418 Art. 33APublication of final decisions, commitments or orders.

(1) The Authority may publish any final decision that has been taken by it under this Part, and, or any commitments given by a person in accordance with article 32 on its website and such other means of communication as it may consider appropriate. In doing so the Authority may, where applicable, publish the identity of the person responsible for the infringement in relation to the final decision that has been taken.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-article (1), the Authority may require the person against whom a compliance order has been issued to publish at its expense the final decision issued by the Authority pertinent to the issue of the compliance order in full or in part in such form as the Authority considers appropriate.
