Cap. 427 Art. 11Notification.
PART II
(1) Where the Director General takes measures pursuant to article 10, he shall as soon as possible, notify the parties concerned with the reasons for such measures.
(2) The provisions of articles 97, 98 and 99 of the Consumer
Affairs Act shall apply to measures taken by the mutatis mutandis Director General.
