Cap. 427 Art. 36Regulations in respect of charges and forms of documents.

The Minister may make regulations -

(a) establishing or authorising charges that may be imposed by the Director General in the exercise of any of the functions assigned to him under this Act or regulations made under it; and

(b) prescribing the form of any document to be used for any of the purposes of this Act.
