Cap. 434 Art. 10No commission, incentive or disincentive.

(1) A parent carrier shall not, directly or indirectly, link the use of any specific computerized reservation system by a subscriber with the receipt of any commission or other incentive or disincentive for the sale of air transport products available on its flights.

(3) An air carrier shall not, when authorizing a travel agent to sell and issue tickets for the air carrier’s air transport products, impose any condition, on the travel agent, which runs counter to the provisions of subarticles (1) or (2).
