Cap. 434 Art. 18Procedures before the Board.

(1) The Director shall, acting either on his own initiative or on receipt of a complaint, initiate proceedings before the Board to terminate any infringement of the provisions of this Act.

(2) Complaints may be submitted by natural or legal persons who claim a legitimate interest.
