Cap. 437 Art. 12Import conditions relatingtoproducts of animal origin.

(1) The Minister may, in agreement with the Minister responsible for public health, prescribe rules concerning the conditions, and particularly health and sanitary conditions, under which products of animal origin may be imported from third countries.

(2) The Director shall publish in the Gazette -

(a) a list of third countries from which products of animal origin are authorised to be imported into Malta;

(b) a list of establishments authorised to export products of animal origin to Malta;
