Cap. 438 Art. 43Requirement of a racecourse betting licence.

(1) The Authority may grant a licence to an approved racing club or other person to operate -

(a) racecourse bets on horse races and, or dog races conducted on an approved racecourse or approved racecourses at approved meetings; and, or

(b) sweepstakes in connection with horse races conducted on an approved racecourse or approved racecourses at approved meetings,
