In addition to any penalty under any other provision of this Act, any gaming device or amusement machine and any moneys relating to or used in the commission of any offence against this

Act or any regulations made thereunder, or which has served or was intended to serve for the commission of any such offence, shall be seized and forfeited in favour of the Government.
