Cap. 442 Art. 103Order by liquidator.

An order made by a liquidator in terms of article 101(1) and (2) and ratified in writing by the Board shall be enforceable by the Civil Court or by the Court of Magistrates (Malta) or the Court of Magistrates (Gozo), in its superior jurisdiction as if it were a judgement of that Court, and the provisions of article 19(3) shall, mutatis mutandis, apply.
