Cap. 442 Art. 12Public inspection.

The Register of Co-operative Societies, as well as the registered statute of every society with any registered amendments thereto, and the audited financial statements of societies submitted to the Board in accordance with article 48(1), shall be open to inspection by the public during such time and against payment of such fees as the Minister shall from time to time prescribe by regulations made under this Act.
