Cap. 442 Art. 16Other powers of the Board.

Without prejudice to any other power under this Act, the

Board shall have the power to -

(a) prescribe any form to be used for any purpose under this Act;

(b) send a representative to attend general and extraordinary meetings of a society upon the invitation of such society.
