Cap. 443 Art. 24Jurisdiction.

(1) Where the central authority is of the opinion that the applicant should not be admitted to the benefit of legal aid, the applicant shall have the right to apply to the Civil Court, First Hall, within seven days of the decision of the central authority having been communicated to the applicant; the Court may -

(a) either give its decree in camera; or

(b) give its decree in a public sitting, after hearing the parties, as to the admission or rejection of the application.

(2) The determination of the Civil Court shall be final.
