Cap. 452 Art. 12Terms as to spending of wages.

No employer shall impose in any contract of service any terms as to the place in which, or the manner in which, or the person or persons with whom, any wages paid to the employee, or any part thereof, are to be spent or otherwise employed, and any such term contained in any such contract shall be null and void.
