Cap. 480 Art. 27Licence conditions.

(1) Any licences issued in terms of this Act shall be subject to any conditions as the Commissioner may deem fit to impose, and the licence shall indicate the conditions under which it shall be lawful for the licence holder to acquire, transfer, keep or possess any firearm, arm proper and ammunition.

(2) All licences issued in terms of this Act are to be accompanied by a policy of insurance for third party risks as required by regulations under this Act.
