Cap. 480 Art. 56Forfeiture of arms.

The Court shall order the forfeiture of any arm proper or ammunition kept or carried, acquired or possessed, imported or exported, sold or transferred in contravention of the provisions of this Act as a consequence of the punishment for such contravention.
