Cap. 496 Art. 18Right of access to certain official information.

(1) Regulations may be issued under this Act to establish a right of access to information which is held by bodies or persons other than public authorities or the employees thereof, and which pertains to:

(a) services provided to the public by such bodies or persons on behalf of the Government or another public authority; or

(b) projects or initiatives which are undertaken by such made under this Act.
