Cap. 549 Art. 62Reconsideration.

Any person holding an existing authorisation has the right to request a modification to such authorisation to include further operations, or changes in operational parameters as may be required. Such requests shall be considered and processed as a new application, not in any way conditioned by previous authorisations issued by the Authority.
