(1) Articles 116 to 124 of the Education Act shall apply to the Institute in relation to the financial matters of the Institute.

(2) The Institute shall be governed by the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, unless otherwise stated in the Institute’s performance agreement entered into by the Permanent Secretary and the Institute in terms of Article 17(9), in which case the provisions of the said performance agreement shall prevail.
