In the absence of specific regulations the Civil Court (Family

Section), the First Hall of the Civil Court and the Court of Magistrates

(Gozo) (Family Section) (Superior Jurisdiction) Regulations shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to any action brought under this Act with the exclusion of the action contemplated in article 17.
