Cap. 582 Art. 23Provision of information

The Authority may at any time require a licensed service provider or a prospective service provider, or agency, or the responsible person, involved in the provision of the licensed social welfare service, to supply them with any information as may be reasonably required in relation to the service for the purposes of fulfilling its functions under this Act and any regulations, which may be made thereunder.
