Cap. 582 Art. 28Administrative penalties to be imposed for non- compliance.

In the event of non-compliance the Authority may impose an administrative penalty of not less than one hundred euro (€100) but not exceeding ten thousand euro (€10,000), or in the case of continuance of non-compliance a daily penalty of not less than fifty euro (€50) but not more than three hundred and fifty euro (€350) for each day that the non-compliance continues.
