Cap. 585 Art. 31Establishment and maintenance of a national emergency plan.

A national emergency plan for responding to potential nuclear or radiological emergencies shall be developed and maintained by the Secretariat in conjunction with the Commission and approved by the Minister, after consultation with the Commission and other Ministers, if the Minister believes that their consultation is necessary to fulfill his functions under this Act.
