Cap. 585 Art. 59Cooperation and assistance arrangements in the event of illicit possession of nuclear materials.

In the event of theft or any other unlawful taking of nuclear (or other radioactive) material, the Secretariat shall be responsible for determining the necessary cooperation and assistance arrangements in the recovery and protection of such material to be agreed with any State or international organization that so requests.
