Cap. 590 Art. 32Certificate of compliance.

Without prejudice to any other obligations imposed under this Act, a licence holder shall be required to submit to the competent authority on an annual basis a certificate of compliance in the form and manner required by the competent authority confirming the licence holder’s compliance with all the obligations laid down in this Act or any regulations made and rules issued thereunder during the period concerned:

Provided that in the event of a breach of any provision of this Act, regulations made or rules issued thereunder, the licence holder shall include the particular breach and any other additional information as may be required by the competent authority in the compliance certificate:

Provided further that, where the licence holder is an individual, the licence holder itself shall be required to submit the compliance certificate to the competent authority.
