The provisions of articles 28 to 37, both inclusive, of the

Malta Enterprise Act shall apply mutatis mutandis in the context of the provisions of this Act, so however that references in those articles

to "the Corporation" shall be interpreted in the context of this Act as being references to "the Authority".
